Choose your prize, select your tickets, answer the competition question and complete checkout. Once your entry is confirmed, your ticket numbers will be entered into the draw.

Each competition has a clear draw date shown on the prize page. After the draw, the winner will be selected from all valid entries and contacted directly using the details on their account.

The winner will be selected at random from all valid paid online entries and valid free postal entries received before the closing date.

Each valid entry is allocated a unique ticket number. Paid and free postal entries are entered into the same draw and have the same chance of winning.

The winning ticket number will be selected using a computer-generated random selection process that produces verifiably random results. We retain draw records so that the result can be checked if required.

The draw will take place on or shortly after the advertised draw date. The winner will be contacted using the details provided at entry. We may also publish the winner’s surname and county, unless the winner objects or asks us to reduce the amount of information published.

Winners will be contacted directly after the draw using the details provided on their account. We aim to contact winners as soon as possible and within a maximum of 7 days.

Physical prizes will be arranged for delivery after we’ve confirmed the winner’s details. Digital prizes, vouchers or gift cards will be purchased and sent by email.

Free postal entries are treated the same as paid entries and have the same chance of winning, provided they are valid and received before the competition closes.
