Yes. Eligible competitions include a free entry route. Free entry details are shown on the relevant competition page and in our Terms & Conditions. Free entries are treated the same as paid entries and have the same chance of winning.

Your ticket numbers will be confirmed once your entry has been completed. You’ll receive them by email, and they may also be available to view in your account area.

Please check your junk or spam folder first. If you still can’t find it, log in to your account to check your order details, or contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Once an entry has been submitted and ticket numbers have been allocated, we may not be able to change or cancel it. Please check your tickets, answer and details carefully before completing checkout.

Payments are processed securely through our checkout. We do not recommend entering using someone else’s payment details or account information.

Winners are selected from all valid entries for the relevant competition. The winner will be matched to the winning ticket number and contacted using the details provided on their account.

Each competition page will show the closing date and draw date. Please check the individual prize page for the most accurate draw information before entering.

If a competition sells out before the advertised draw date, we may bring the draw forward. If this happens, updates will be shared through the website or our usual communication channels.

If a competition does not sell out, the draw will still take place in line with the details shown on the competition page and our Terms & Conditions.

If you win, we’ll contact you directly using the details on your account. Winners may also be announced on our website, winners page, email updates or social media channels.

We aim to contact winners as soon as possible after the draw. In all cases, we will contact the winner within a maximum of 7 days using the details provided on their account.

For physical prizes, we’ll contact the winner to confirm the correct delivery details and arrange delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on the prize, supplier availability and courier schedules.

For digital prizes, vouchers or gift cards, we’ll arrange the purchase and send the prize to the winner by email. Please make sure your email address is correct before entering.

Unless an alternative is clearly stated on the competition page, the prize shown is the prize offered. Any alternatives, cash options or substitutions will be handled in line with the details shown on the prize page and our Terms & Conditions.

We may need to confirm information such as your full name, email address, phone number, delivery address, preferred option, size, colour, retailer or gift card email address, depending on the prize.
