How the verified draw works

After closing, all eligible paid and free postal tickets are locked together. A ticket-only SHA-256 commitment is published before a fixed future drand Quicknet round, then the signed beacon deterministically selects the advertised winner(s) and up to three ordered reserves.

The prize and published closing time do not change because of ticket sales. The permanent public proof contains ticket numbers only.
