We want Little Winz Club to feel exciting for the right reasons. A small entry can be a fun way to take part in a prize draw, but it is important to remember that there is no guarantee of winning.

Every draw has a limited number of winning tickets, and most entrants will not win. Please keep this in mind before entering and never spend more than you can comfortably afford.

If entering competitions ever stops feeling fun, feels stressful, or starts affecting your finances, mood or relationships, we encourage you to pause and seek support.

Play within your limits

Before entering any competition, it can help to set your own limits and stick to them.

• Only enter with money you can comfortably afford to spend.
• Set a budget before browsing competitions.
• Do not enter to try to solve financial problems.
• Do not chase a win after missing out on another draw.
• Take a break if entering no longer feels enjoyable.
• Remember that every competition is chance-based once valid entries are in the draw.

Little Winz Club competitions are meant to add a bit of excitement to everyday life, not pressure.

If you are unsure whether you are staying within healthy limits, ask yourself:

• Am I spending more than I planned?
• Am I entering because I feel stressed, low or under pressure?
• Am I trying to win back money I have already spent?
• Am I hiding how much I am spending from someone else?
• Is entering competitions affecting bills, essentials or savings?
• Do I feel anxious, frustrated or upset after entering?

If you answer yes to any of these, it may be a good time to take a break and speak to someone you trust or contact one of the support organisations listed below.

Taking a break

If you feel you need a break from entering competitions, we encourage you to take one.

You can also contact us if you would like help closing your Little Winz Club account or stopping marketing emails from us.

To request support with your account, please contact us through our contact page and include the email address linked to your account.

Please note that closing your account or unsubscribing from marketing will not automatically cancel any valid entries you have already made into live competitions, unless confirmed by us in line with our Terms & Conditions.

Supporting someone else

If you are worried about someone else’s spending or competition entries, it can help to talk to them calmly and without judgement.

You may want to encourage them to take a break, review their spending, speak to someone they trust, or contact a free support service such as GamCare or GambleAware.

Support services can also help friends, partners and family members who are affected by someone else’s behaviour.

Age restrictions

Little Winz Club competitions are only open to entrants aged 18 or over.

We may ask for proof of age, identity or eligibility before awarding a prize. If we believe an entrant is under 18 or has provided false information, we may remove their entry and close their account.

If you share a device with someone under 18, please make sure your account details and login information are kept secure.
